Raw Peach Crumble

This recipe is seasonal, naturally sweet, juicy and simply satisfying. It also features one of my favourite fruits: peaches! This recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare and execute, but the result is delicate and delightful.


Raw Peach Crumble


  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mix of almonds and walnuts
  • 2-3 soft dates (if not soft, soak in hot water for 10 minutes)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
  • water if needed


  1. Assemble chopped peaches on a plate/bowl
  2. Place almonds and walnuts into a food processor. Process until slightly broken, but still chunky. Add dates and process once again until a crumble appears. Scoop the nut-date crumble roughly on top of the peaches and mix softly to combine.
  3. Mix almond butter, melted coconut oil and a bit of water (if necessary), and drizzle on top of the raw peach crumble.
  4. If you desire a warm crumble, bake the peaches in the oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5-10 minutes before assembling the recipe
